However, these solutions may work for several people who think positively, and always try hard to get what we want to have, and also it works subjectively. It means that a success of these solutions are depend on how far we have a strong desire to break out the sleepy feeling when we are studying. The stronger your desire to beat sleepiness, the more success you get.

Feeling sleepy when studying is something that usually happen and come by all people. Well, there is no specific way to solve this problem directly. If it is necessary, it can solve subjectively, and depends on the people who get the experiences individually. Feeling sleepy in this context is not happening because these three main factors; because of an illness, too tired, and not enough sleep. Whoever the people who get sick should take a bad rest and sleep. Feeling sleepy when we do not get enough rest is normal; moreover, studying in sleepiness condition will bring another effect to our body, such as loss focus, and feel sleepier than before. And also, our body demands enough rest every day at least six hours a day. Well, if we sleep more than six hours; moreover, it does not give a benefit to our body. So, if there are some people who feel sleepy because they sleep less than six hours, it is normal.

However, if they sleep more than six hours but still feel sleepy, perhaps it happens because their laziness. Well, there are three main solutions to reduce feeling sleepy when we are studying. Well, these solutions obtain for the people with a healthy body, and in the good condition, but still feel sleepy. First is arranging your eating habit. Neuron in our brain when doing their functions needs a lot of energies which come from foods that we consume. The kinds and the foods quality that we consume can effect to our brain function. Thus, we have to arrange our eating habit every day. For example, we start to consume the foods that are easy to digest, such as vegetables, and fruits. Second, we have to imagine something that we want from our work hard in studying. In another words, we have to think our goal from that activity. For example, we want to get a better score, we want to make our parents proud of us, and many others. It is not enough if we only imagine our goal, but it should be followed with an eager desire in our heart to reach that.

Without our strong emotion, it is quite difficult to do. Moreover, it will be easy to feel sleepy if we have no strong desire and action. And the last, we have to arrange our sit position when we are studying. If it is necessary, it is better to avoid studying with lean on our head to a wall or chair. And also, it is better to avoid studying with lie in our body to the bed. Studying position is effecting to our focus when we are studying. The position and condition of our body movement influence our thinking condition. If we study with lean on to the wall for example, our thinking condition bring our body to feel and think in the relax condition, in other words it leads to sleep condition. However, these solutions may work for several people who think positively, and always try hard to get what we want to have, and also it works subjectively. It means that a success of these solutions are depend on how far we have a strong desire to break out the sleepy feeling when we are studying.
